Quotation
Once the customer selects the construction package, a quotation will be shared and the booking would be confirmed with Urban Module. This is to give the customer an approximate estimate. The final project cost might vary based on the final architectural designs and the built up area.

Initial Booking Amount
This amount paid is to confirm the booking which will be utilized for the survey, soil test and architectural designs.

Package rates
The cost of our standard package are based on the rate of marble granite, plywood, tiles, plumbing fixtures, laminates for interiors etc. and also subjected to variations.

Advance Payment
Advance payment of the 10% of the overall project value should be made before execution. It will be utilized for site cleaning, site marking for excavation and shed work material procurements.

Refund Policy
Provision for Refund is purely based on the decision and the discretion of the Company except the initial Booking amount which is non-refundable as the amount would have already been utilized for designing, soil test, survey, freezing vendors and handling charges.

Running Account (RA)
RA is an account of actual payments made as per the material requirement and labour payment. During the work in progress, the weekly bills of the client’s construction expenses will be maintained to track the payments.

Full & Final Payment
The Full and Final Payment as per the contract Shall be settled with Urban Module at the time of handover of your home.

Exclusions
The Client is accountable for all related payments of Electricity, water & water tank charges, ensuring timely supply of water and electricity at the site.

Concealed beams, projections, pergola, sky lights, elevations will be charged extra as per client’s requirements and these are not included in any of the packages chosen by the client.
